Black Rock EQ DVD asset quotes won't update automatically. The others do update

Only my two Black Rock asset quotes don't update (despite being selected for updating). The others do update

    No error message. It just doesn't update when I do a One Step Update. I have to manually update my two Black Rock quotes. It started happening from the first day I added those two assets to my portfolio.
