Xfinity ebill credentials

I'm using Quicken for Mac v. 7.8.2, and I've been unable to log in to the Xfinity ebiller for some several months. Quicken has asked me for updated credentials, but the login dialog asks for the username and password twice each (four required fields, total) but always encounters a non-specific login error. (Quicken encountered an error while logging in to eBiller). I waited through several updates, but it hasn't been fixed, yet. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

    Hello @NormR,

I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you.

For me, on Quicken for Windows, Xfinity also remains in "Fix it" status, but the login dialog asking for username and password is correctly formatted.

It might be a good idea if someone verified the coding on the Mac side.
And, @NormR , would you be so good to capture an image snapshot of the dialog in question (with blank username and password) and attached it here?
