CC-501 Error - Ridgedale Federal Credit Union
The automatic update won't connect. The message from Ridgedale FCU says "cannot connect to Quicken server. We cannot fix this ….".
I think the problem started after the Crowdstrike bug, but I can't be sure. I don't have any transactions since the beginning of July which is unusual.
BTW, Category dropdown wouldn't let me chose Online Errors which is what this is.

Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.
As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

I've been receiving a CC-501 error for this bank for 2 weeks. I've tried resetting the online connection. Deleting the connection and initiating it again. Nothing works. I reported a problem with Quicken Support. This is the message I get when trying to connect.
