Option to edit a specific future instance of a bill or income reminder [Edited]

I sometimes know two or three months in advance about a change in the amount of a transaction. I would like to go to that due date, no matter how far out it is, and change it to the new amount that starts that date.

In the Bills and Reminders listing? Could you put an end date on it and then make a new reminder for the new amount and start date?
