Wells Fargo Advisors brokerage xns sync stopped working from Feb-2024 (Error OL-221-A, OL-221-B)

I am not able to synch the WF Advisors brokerage transactions from Feb-2024. I used to export the QFX file from WFA and import to Quicken and it stopped working from around Feb-2024.

Below is the sequence of actions done so far.
- Reported the issue to Quicken support and they asked me to contact WFA
- I contacted WFA (multiple departments with an escalation and they told me this need to be worked on by Quicken and they need to contact WFA as a partner. (spend almost 2 hours on phone)
- This was communicated back to quicken support, and they mentioned it will be escalated and worked upon and expect a patch to be released (this is June 2024)
- Since not seen a patch or resolution I called Quicken support today (spend an hour) and the rep tried all sorts of setups (export/import, online Direct Connect, Express web connect) and still did not work. I requested the rep and the supervisor to escalate and report this to Quicken product/engineering team and they were so arrogant and not willing to help. This could be small fix needed that quicken engineers need to work with the partner WFA/engineers
- Quicken need to stand behind their product and resolve the issue. The main concept of the product is to help customers (mostly personal use) download and synch the financial transactions from financial institutions and run consolidated reports.
- < What are my options here > if this is not resolved. Report this to corporate office (#?) or log a case with any federal/state agencies. Consumers are cheated.

Any feedback is much appreciated. Anybody has success in synching the Wellsfargo Advisors (WFA) brokerage transaction to Quicken (offline or online).
