Unable to link Quicken and Synovus Gateway
I saw where this was a previous discussion, but it was closed without solving my problem. I have a Synovus Gateway Checking. I was able to connect it to Quickbooks, but that is not the best tool for my needs for this account so I tried to add the account to Quicken with no success. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Can you give us some more details that will help us to assist you?
Please describe what happens when you try to connect the account with your Quicken datafile. Are you seeing an error code? If so which code? Which type of connection are you trying to use - Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, manual download, etc? Have you been able to successfully connect any other of your other accounts with other financial institutions? Any additional information will help us to help you.
