One Step Update missing accounts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
All my Direct Connect accounts are missing from the One Step Update summary. Express Web Connect accounts are updating normally. I am also missing the last download information for all Direct Connect accounts at the top of the account register and also in the Account List which says "Not Available" The One Step Update shows no errors, so I can't tell if those accounts actually updated. Any ideas or solutions?
Using Quicken for Windows version R58.9
