Target Red Card Transactions Not Downloading

No error message (Target National Bank….1 account updated, 0 new transactions), but starting the first of July, no transactions have been downloaded.

Searched the discussions and see that you can download a Quicken file from Red Card website to import, but this is getting ridiculous.

So far I can't download transactions from Kohl's, Macy's, Fidelity/Elan Visa (all documented issues with no solution in sight) and now Target credit cards. I've used Quicken for more years than I can remember and it's losing it's value to me when I can't download transactions and reconcile accounts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
