Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.) thru Capital One Bank
I have been using Quicken to connect to Capital One for many years now (>10). However, I have not been able to download any transactions since 8/2/24 through One Step Update. I can ONLY download manually from the bank. Then, I can add them to Quicken manually.
I called the bank and they said they have not had any other issues with connecting to Quicken (and this is a large bank). I am assuming the communication issue is on the Quicken side.
When will this be fixed?
Thank you.

Same here. I get nearly a hundred transactions a month on Capital One so I really need this fixed.

I am noticing this problem, only on Capital One credit card account but not on banking accounts. I tried resetting the credit card account, which actually resets all of my Capital One accounts. After going through all the steps, I got a message that my credit card account couldn't be found which clearly shouldn't be the case as it is very much an active account. I haven't been able to get any of my August transactions for the credit card.
I'm guessing this is related to the alert that was posted today about the inability to set up new Capital One credit card accounts in Quicken.

As of this evening, I was able to re-connect Quicken to my Capital One credit card account and download recent transactions.
