Check if a Security is valid for OSU

When I add a new security there should be a button I can press to get Quicken to test if that Security is "valid". This would test several things that could cause One-Step Update to fail or return no data:

1 - is the ticker symbol (ie "IMO") and the Exchange valid (ie is that ticker listed on that Exchange)

2 - is Quicken able to obtain the quote for that symbol and Exchange.

I suggest this because I added several securities that didn't work. An example: Symbol = CIB513, Type = Mutual Fund, Exchange = Toronto. No errors during data entry into the Security List. When I ask for a OSU it says 0 of 1 security updated and nothing more. After a lot of back and forth with tech support they concluded that Quicken is "not able" to get data for this security.

How was I supposed to know that? There is no diagnostic in the update report to tell me what went wrong, there is no list available of the sources Quicken can and cannot get data from, there is no way for me to ask Quicken if this one is OK.

I'd like the button to get Quicken to do exactly the same process as OSU for this specific security and report IN DETAIL any reasons for failure so I can correct them.
