AllyBank CC-800 Error

Last night, I ran One Step Update and received an error that the service was not currently available and to try again later. I read on the community site that a way to fix this was to log out of my Quicken account and log back in. I did that and One Step Update ran. I am now getting the AllyBank CC-800 Error. I have tried multiple ways to fix this without success. I have reset the account, I have deactived online services and readded the account using link to existing account and I have followed the "Fix It' solution. None of these solutions fixed the problem. Is the server link to AllyBank having issues? Is anyone else having this problem?
