USAA downloads - need to be able to download 2 profiles but cannot any longer

Hello.

Roughly a month ago after reauthorizing accounts to download, my wife's credit card stopped updating. Usually in the update, I could see that both user names were being accessed and downloaded. This has stopped. It just shows usaa

She has a credit card in her name only that I cannot download through my user name at USAA.

I have attempted to add her account info through deactivating and then reactivating with her information. When successful, there are accounts from my profile that are then disconnected. It appears that Q/USAA can only have 1 profile at a time to be connected to.

I have tried this processes and end up flipping accounts on/off based on which user information was last entered. Each of us can only 'see' 8 of the 9 accounts. So we get this error message cc-800.

This becomes super frustrating super quick since the connection process usually takes a couple minutes a pop to make happen.

Is this a quicken issue? it seems it would have to be. Is it a usaa setting? If so what do I need to adjust?
