Frederick County (Virginia) Sanitation Authority - Quick Pay

Question

I'm unable to enroll my utility to pay my water bill. It's the Frederick County (Virginia) Sanitation Authority. So far, it's the only payee I've not been able to set up. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Hi Quicken Jasmine,

I'm just getting started with Quick Pay and this is the initial setup for the water bill utility account. The connection takes forever so I close out and let it finish in the background…but it never finishes.

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring when attempting to add this payee? When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update?
