Amazon transactions not downloading
I can see that there is apparently an issue with Syncroncy cards (including Amazon CC) downloading transactions. The post I saw was dated in June 2024 with an update 7/1/2024 stating the problem was being worked on. I began experiencing the problem around 7/16/2024.
Has the issue been resolved? If not, when is the projected resolution date?
I did sign up for updates on this issue, but again, it looks like the last update was 7/1/2024. What's up.

So another thread on this forum mentioned disabling the account, although the specific steps did not match the options in my version, so I deactivated the account (Edit account details/online services/deactivate and then connected the account again and the missing transactions (which I manually entered in quicken using info on the Synchrony site) updated successfully.
