Elan Financial Services Account
I have been using the Fidelity Credit card issued by Elan Financial Services. Quicken downloaded information for this card from Elan using the account setup as "Fidelity—Investments & Retirement Accounts." However, since August 10th or so, the information received in Quicken shows a positive balance for the credit card. For example, if my statement balance is $1,000 (that means I need to pay this amount to Elan service). However, Quicken shows that Ellan owes me $1,000 (I wish it were true :-) ). However, now I cannot reconcile this account as Quicken shows a positive balance of $1,000 rather than a negative balance. I have spent at least 3 hours with Quicken support and then with Elan support without any resolution. Any thoughts/suggestions?
