Need to see more transactions

MAC Classic ver 7.8.2

Converted file from Windows Classic ver R58.9

I only see a couple of months of transactions in the register, but I have years of history I need to see. How can I see more than just a couple of months of transactions?

    See if there is a filter at the top of the register. Try clicking Reset.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    There are no filters set for that acct. I read somewhere that it can be set in Preferences, but I can't find a link to preferences.

    To get to the app preferences, select Settings from the Quicken menu at the top of the screen:

    AFAIK there is nothing in Settings controlling how far back the register goes. You need to make sure the menus at the top of the register are set to "All Dates", "Any Type" and "Any Status":

    Thanks - I now know where the preferences are, and as you said it has no control over how far back the dates go. On just this one Cr Card, the conversion [I guess] just did a balance forward "Adjustment" transaction for May 13, 2024. The balance it used is correct, but all my other Cr Cards have their detail for years back.
