Share Balances Significantly Off After Move to New 401k Provider

My company recently switched our 401(k) to Vanguard. After my first download, the overall account balance is about $10 million more than the actual balance. As much as I wish that was true, the individual share balances for each of the funds in the account, not surprisingly, do not match what Vanguard reports. My first step was to edit the Shares Added. In the register, I can search on the fund's name and see the shares added entries, but I don't see them in the register itself. The Select box is inactive. Regular 401k purchases since the transition are appearing as normal in the download. Thoughts on how to delete or modify these transactions?
