Quicken One Step Update freezes up Quicken

When it freezes I have to End TASK Windows 10.

Security accounts update but no bank accounts/credit cards.

This started after last update R58.9

I tried VALIDATE and SUPER VALIDATE. No luck.

I restarted Q many times.

I restarted my computer and checked all security updates. Everything is in order.

I sent a report ticket online last week-no response.

Can anyone please help me with this?
