PayPal connection issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I try to update my PayPal Mastercard I never receive the 6 digit code to verify the access, so Quicken is not able to download any transactions. This started last week, either Wednesday or Thursday. I have tried all three options that it gives me for sending the code, but I never receive it. Trying to reset the connection results the same. PayPal did call me once to give me a code after selecting email, but said that my phone pin was wrong, so it wouldn't give me the code. So far, I haven't been able to find anywhere on the PayPal website where I designate a phone pin that is separate from my mobile pin, so I'm just going in circles and getting no where.
