Bond Type Options should include Agency Bonds

Currently the dropdown for Bond Type includes Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae. However, those are not complete, there are several agency bonds that are not easily categorized given the current dropdown for example, Farm Credit System bonds (FCS), Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB). It would be nice to either include all the various agency bonds OR have an option for "Agency Bond".

Also, it would be very helpful if there were a T-Bill option in the Investment Transactions dropdown list.
