Citicards transactions not downloading; asking daily to reauthorize account
Anyone having issues with Citicard transactions not downloading? Every time Quicken tries to download transactions, it fails, and sometimes the failure is not shown in the "needs attention" or "error" area in the connectivity report generated after downloading transactions.
Then when I go out to the internet to download the transactions from the website, I am locked out because of "too many tries." So Quicken must try multiple times and then when it fails and I try to log in online, Citi locks me out.
Tehn I have to reset my password. Very annoying so now my workaround is to disconnect the account after the transactions are downloaded from the website. I need to do this every day to avoid having to reset my password!
Anyone else facing this very irritating problem?
