Option prices won't download

Can anyone tell me why I can no longer get option prices to download? I manually enter my transactions from Schwab but was under the impression that prices come from the Quicken server when I ask to dowload security prices. Everything updates fine with the exception of option prices. Can anyone tell me how to get them working again?
