Credit card balance is positive in the side bar, but negative (and correct) in the transaction view

I am using Quicken for Mac. Quicken is on version 7.9. The Mac is macos 14.6.1. This is a Fidelity Rewards Visa credit card. The transaction register is correct and agrees with the online balance, but the sidebar balance for this account is a positive number that corresponds to the negative number in the register, throwing off the totals at the top of the sidebar. I've had this set up for several years and it used to work correctly. Other balances in the sidebar are correct. I am not sure when this started. I hoped the latest release would fix it, but it didn't. I install updates regularly and work in Quicken about once a week.

Is this a bug, or is there a fix you can suggest?

One more thing… my online account has the correct balance in the sidebar. The mobile version on my iPad is also correct. This just applies to the desktop version.

Is the account register filtered to only show transactions up until today
and are there any future-dated transactions already recorded in the register?
