Express Web Connect
I am a Quicken Starter user on a Windows 11 PC. I have several banking and checking accounts update daily via Web Connect. With the exception of PNC and Truist banks which are kind of funky, the others work well. Today, out of the blue, my Amazon Chase CC is refusing to update or login. I have found that I can't even connect to the site via Firefox at all, only on Edge. I do not like Edge, or Chrome for that matter.
My question is: Is there a way to connect via Web Connect to ONLY this one account via Edge instead of Firefox. I stress that I do NOT want to make anything other than Firefox my default browser on anything else on my PC. If I have to use Edge ONLY for Quicken connections, I guess I could live with that. But using Edge or Chrome for anything else is out of the question.
If you can help, please provide easy to understand step-by-step instructions. Please don't assume that if you instruct me to go somewhere or do something I will understand it.. I frequently have this problem with tech support providers. I know THEY understand what they are talking about, but I more often than not don't.
TIA

How you connect is per Financial Institution, not per account. So, if you have multiple accounts at Chase, they'll all use the same connection method.

That's not exactly my question. Yes, the bank determines how it updates. Chase Amazon cc worked perfectly for years. Now, all of a sudden, it refuses to login with Firefox, only Edge. So my question is, how do I get Quicken to log into Web Connect via Edge, not Firefox; otherwise I will no longer be able to update the account on Web Connect via Firefox.
