PNC Deactivated Express Web Connect+ & Reactivated It Automatically Leads to Initial Register Change

Using Quicken Deluxe for Windows Version R58.9 Build 27.1.58.9.

Yesterday morning PNC did not download transactions afnd I tried twice. Then I waited until after 7 AM to try again, Somehow Express Web Connect+ was no longer active and automatically went to reactivate it, After I went through that process, 6 of 8 accounts had their new beginning register balances with differences ranging between -517.80 and 900 to the proper amounts. I validated that file to see if that changed anything and it did not.

Should I just adjust the opening balances or is there a need for Quicken to investigate this?
