online bill pay mishap

Hello,

I've been a user of Quicken since 1995. I've seen many iterations of quicken and have enjoyed the transitions until now. Something is terribly wrong with your online bill pay system.

At the beginning I could pay my credit card bills to:

Bank of America

Best Buy

Capital One

Discover

And now I can only pay my Discover bill online via Quick Pay. I tried using Your Check Pay system. I placed the payment on the 1st. The Check pay system said it would reach BoA on the 9th or 10th. The payment didn't get there until the 14th. That is totally unacceptable.

I paid for the Quicken Premier to be able to pay my bills online and in time. It is starting to look like your company can't keep up with the market. The problem with paying BoA has gone on for over a year and Best Buy stopped over a month ago. I've already contacted your support chat and what your tech said was he will add my name to the list.

Will there be any fixes in the future?
