Linked Checking Accounts

I have 2 checking accounts and a credit card account on my profile. When I move money between the 2 checking accounts and pay my CC from my primary account, the balances will change between them. However, with the automatic downloads, sometimes they don't get linked correctly. This last time, when I changed them to the correct link, it messed up the balance on my primary account and would not change depending on how I linked them. I'm not even sure how to correct it at this point.

Are the checking accounts at the same bank? Is the card at that bank?

Because it sounds like you're describing the normal delay involved in moving funds between banks.

Also, are you manually inputting these transactions, and then waiting for the download? Or, is the download the 1st time they're in Q?

And, please elaborate upon "changed them to the correct link". What exactly are you doing and what's happening?
