Spontaneous deletion of single account

I have been using various editions of Quicken for over 20 years so kinda know how this works. Today the program spontaneously deleted a credit card account that had been in the file for over 1 year. The "Help" desk was anything but helpful relating this 'was the first time this happened' and therefore they 'won't do anything (sorry you're out of luck)'. Once again poor program management — this is clearly a bug that's come across in the last Mac update. Be very careful to closely monitor your accounts since apparently they can disappear into thin air and the company could care less.

Are you sure you didn't inadvertently check the Hidden or Separate box for that account? Do you have a recent backup that you can revert to?
