Deactivating wasn't working, so I closed the link inside CapOne and still get the same message.
What were you trying to do when you got this message? Do you have other CapOne accounts that are connected to Q? Other accounts at other FIs?
When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the Financial Institution column across from your CapOne accounts?
Capital One 360 shows as financial institution. I have not been able to download for 2 months. So, I deactivated the account and I'm trying to reactivate. I am successfully connecting to several other accounts. I do have defunct CapOne accounts, but this is the only activate one. CapOne is still showing one other account with a zero balance.
