Closed 401k Still Shows Balance

I closed a 401k account, and the help said it would set all balances to 0 shares and thus $0. I've tried to set my shares balances to 0 shares but is basically says I don't have to as if it thinks they are already 0.

I'd like to get this account to show $0. I did change it to 'Keep this account separate' so my real net worth would show correctly for now.

How do I fix this now that the account is closed?

Even though the account is closed, you can still navigate to it. Open the account and tell us what shows there.

I repaired the Quicken file and that resolved it.
