Risk of Overdraft Redux

I have seen about 5 different threads on this topic and really none of them apply or seem to fix my situation.

I have Run the Quicken Validate process. I have checked every hidden / closed account.

My Banking Top Bar shows: > $100k; My What's Left shows > $135k before next Income. Yet the Risk of Overdraft appears. When I click on the button it displays my checking account with all future transactions and at no time does the Closing balance dip below $2k. I have scrolled through EVERY account 2-3 times and none show any indication of a funds shortage.

So I am at a loss as to why Quicken continues to show this risk.
