No longer downloading Discover Card transactions

I have been following some of the issues other users have had with Discover Card transactions. My issues started in June with no card transactions downloaded. I tried all the advice. Well at some point, I had deactivated all Discover accounts. I added them all back under Discover Bank and Quicken downloaded all card transactions I had missed through the month of July. However, Quicken has not downloaded any since August 2nd. Now when I turn off online services then attempt to reconnect, I only get the option of adding it through Discover Bank - Discover Card is no longer an option. When connected, Quicken will download Bank account transactions but no Card transactions. I attempted to manually upload my transactions from Discover Card to Quicken and chose CSV file. However, Quicken will only accept a Quicken file of some sort?? Not an option on the Discover card website. Has anyone else figured this out? I am not getting any error messages. Quicken just tells me there are no transactions to download.
