Instead of closing the error reports without actually fixing the software, why not try a new approach? Why not fix the software; get confirmation from the author of the error report that it is fixed; close the relevant discussions. Is this software so fragile that a straight forward process of error reporting and fixing can not be used?
The problem I have is simple. My credit score shows up as 1. Not somewhere between 350 and 850, but 1. In real life my credit score is between 760 and 800 depending on which agency you ask. The report reveals a possible cause for this, although it may be completely unrelated. The Age of Credit is listed as unknown although the box marked Good 6-8 is highlighted. The left side of the report shows the Average age of Credit as 20Years,6 Months (failure to put a space between 20 and Years is poor coding in Quicken, this is verbatim). Any computer programmer smarter than a jellyfish code change 20 & 6 into 20.5 and highlight the 9+ category and therefore it would be Excellent, not unknown.
Quicken identified the issue with the Age of Credit last year (2023). [Removed - Violation of Community Guidelines] The moderator replied that it is a known issue. [Removed - Violation of Community Guidelines/Speculation/Rant]
