Suddenly get strange popup when starting Quicken:

    Hello @saberman,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Did this happen just once? If not, does it happen every time you open Quicken, or is it more random? Does the error have any impact on your ability to use Quicken (for instance, does it prevent you from opening your Quicken file)? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is it synced with any cloud services, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?
