CC-555 error updating Shell Card

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

Started yesterday, error says "your financial institution is blocking Quicken from accessing your accounts." Shell card is owned by Citibank. It says "we cannot resolve the problem until your institution removes the block from our servers."

    I was able to resolve this just now by logging in again, which did not work yesterday, please disregard post.

    Please review this support article regarding error CC-555.

    Since we do not currently have any Alerts posted for this issue with this financial institution, as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
