CC-555 error updating Shell Card
Started yesterday, error says "your financial institution is blocking Quicken from accessing your accounts." Shell card is owned by Citibank. It says "we cannot resolve the problem until your institution removes the block from our servers."

I was able to resolve this just now by logging in again, which did not work yesterday, please disregard post.

Please review this support article regarding error CC-555.
