IQ Credit Union - not d/l txns

All of sudden on 9/1, txns are not being downloaded from my bank. I reset the account didn't resolve. I deactivated account and reactivate; it showed my accounts and which account to link to. It then said it downloaded some 1900 txns (I presume downloaded years worth), but didn't show up anywhere. I also ran quicken file repair.
I can use some assistance.

Here's how to fix this:
please go to Edit> Preferences> Quicken ID and cloud accounts> sign in as a different user> Type YES> Sign out> (then please use the same Quicken ID and password to sign back in)
