Account Updates Not Working

I have two banks (US Bank and Chase) where the balances are not updating. I redid the connection login, etc. Quit Quicken, etc. But still the balances remain old.

    For both banks try deactivating all of their accounts, including any old, unused, closed accounts that are still activated. After that, and after creating a backup of your Quicken data file, restart Quicken and use the "+" button in the Account Sidebar (or Tools / Add Account) to add / activate your accounts again. Be sure to carefully LINK the accounts found at each bank to their existing account registers.

    Sorry, after posting I noticed that my response for Quicken for Windows will not apply to you as a Mac user. Try a similar approach, but with Mac - specific functions.
