PNC CC-601 Error
Been getting CC-601 error when downloading PNC transactions for the past two days. Anyone else having this issue? All other accounts download fine.

I started receiving the CC-601 error message this morning. Downloads were working okay Saturday. I did not attempt to download any PNC CC transactions on Sunday. The error message references two accounts. I have three accounts with PNC. One checking account (direct connect) and two credit card accounts (web connect). It appears the web connect access to the PNC CC accounts is not working.

It must be a Quicken/PNC problem as several users are having the same issue. If anyone knows how to get the attention of moderators who can escalate the problem to developers that would be great!!

In the past the moderators suggested that we submit an error report after we receive an error. I assume it lets them know there is an error and allows them to find where the error is. So please make sure that you do it each time you fail to download.

This morning, Sept 10, my CC-601 error was gone and I was able to successfully connect and download transactions from PNC Bank via Express Web Connect+.

As of this morning I am still getting the error. Although when the update fails, I now have an option to fix the issue. I tried this but after logging into PNC to authorize the accounts there is an error message.

As of Sept 10th, at 9:12 am CST, the downloading of PNC CC transactions is performing as expected. The cc 601 message error message is gone.

The CC-601 error went away but now getting a CC-800 error. I am stuck trying to reactivate my accounts but the account authorization page for PNC returns an error and not able to authorize any accounts.

All my errors are resolved, and all accounts are updating. I was able to complete reactivating all the affected accounts.
