No transactions visible in all accounts
I just updated to R58.14. After downloading transactions and closing Quicken, when I re-launch it there are no transactions visible in any account transaction panel. All the balances are shown in the Accounts section on the left.

I assume you're speaking here of "Registers" (for Spending Accounts) and "Transaction Lists" (for Investment Accounts)?
It the Account Bar is showing balances that appear correct then the transactions certainly ARE there, just not displaying properly. I'd first suggest closing Quicken again, shutting down the computer and re-starting, then trying to open Quicken again to see if that makes the transactions show up.

Maybe the next thing to try is to revert to whatever update was working for you. That's pretty easy as all you have to do is to download that particular update's Mondo Patch, and then run it. The are available here:

After that about the only thing I can suggest is a file Validation and Repair. Make a backup before you try that. A more intensive process that involves first Copying your data file (known to sometimes help) and then doing a validation on that copy:
If all else fails then Official Quicken Support should get a call. Enable screen sharing with them and see if they can come up with a solution.

Thanks Tom, I'll try the repair and see how it goes. I have the backup when the software updated to this latest version so I'm covered. When I tried to backup uisng this version the software crashed. It created the backup file but then just locked up.
