Very, Very Slow Transactions Update

It is taking 10 minutes to update my transactions. On Quicken Classic. Any idea what is going on?

    That's entirely too long. My OSU sessions typically take 2 to 3 minutes, if that much. The first troubleshooting step I would try is to Reset your OSU accounts.

    What is an OSU account? — never mind, I searched and found the answer.
