I am having the same problem. I can login to the bank's website fine with my ID/Password. I have tried both direct connect and quicken connect and also deleted the account. Is there somewhere it saves my ID/Password I should erase?

I deleted all quicken information from the keychain / password app and it is working so far

Quicken for Mac may return an Error 15500 when attempting to update or add accounts using Direct Connect. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
