This has become a real aggravation not to have on step update working for any of my credit card accounts.
What bank issued those cards? What download method are you using with them? Which Q product, and BUILD of that product are you running?
What's happening when you try to download?
AND, why do you believe that this is Q's issue … and not a bank screw-up????
