Duplicate Transaction Reminders in Budgets

I just updated from Windows Version QW27.1.44.20MPatch to the latest version, R58.14 Build 27.1.58.14.
I'm seeing duplicate Transaction Reminders under Planning - Budgets for certain categories. Below you will see duplicate reminders for a Utility Bill upcoming which is throwing off my monthly budget in this category.
I've verified this Reminder only exists one time. I've deleted it and recreated it, and I've validated and Super Validated all with no luck.
I've tested the file against Build 27.1.44.20 and it works perfectly. This is the second Bug I've found in two days, and nobody seems to respond to anything without having to sit on a 3 hour call with "Support".
Any help in getting these issues rectified would be amazing.
I previously reported this back in February 2023 and the post was Closed for no apparent reason, so this existed well before this most recent Build.
