Quicken not using CUSIP and not prompting to match an online stock

Using Quicken Premier, R6814, Windows 11

I have noticed several securities that do not have a CUSIP in Quicken. I checked the QFX file and the CUSIP is there:

<SECID><UNIQUEID>049560105<UNIQUEIDTYPE>CUSIP</SECID>

Here is he complete transaction from the QXF:

<BUYSTOCK><INVBUY><INVTRAN><FITID>856PF1600000051240801019112287<DTTRADE>20240731120000.000[-5:EST]<DTSETTLE>20240801120000.000[-5:EST]<MEMO>Purchased 62 shares @ $128.2399 ATMOS ENERGY CORPORATION</INVTRAN><SECID><UNIQUEID>049560105<UNIQUEIDTYPE>CUSIP</SECID><UNITS>62<UNITPRICE>128.2399<COMMISSION>0.00<TAXES>0.00<FEES>0.00<TOTAL>-7950.87<SUBACCTSEC>OTHER<SUBACCTFUND>OTHER</INVBUY><BUYTYPE>BUY</BUYSTOCK>

Quicken does not use the CUSIP and does not prompt to match the security to an online security. It just puts dividends in as "Unidentified Security".

The "Matched with online security" checkbox is off:

Other info shows no CUSIP:

Since the broker is providing a CUSIP, but Quicken is ignoring it, how do I fix this?

I believe the relevant part of the OFX file would be as shown below as part of the reported Security list being transmitted:

    <SECLISTMSGSRSV1><SECLIST>
<MFINFO><SECINFO><SECID><UNIQUEID>742935117<UNIQUEIDTYPE>CUSIP</SECID><SECNAME>Akre Focus Fund Retail Class<TICKER>AKREX<UNITPRICE>59.35<MEMO>Price as of date based on closing price</SECINFO><MFTYPE>OPENEND</MFINFO>

    or

    <SECLISTMSGSRSV1><SECLIST>
    <MFINFO><SECINFO><SECID><UNIQUEID>921910600<UNIQUEIDTYPE>CUSIP</SECID>
    <SECNAME>VANGUARD US GROWTH FUND-ADM<TICKER>VWUAX<UNITPRICE>171.170<DTASOF>20240905060000.000[-6:CST]</SECINFO></MFINFO>
    <STOCKINFO><SECINFO><SECID><UNIQUEID>92826C839<UNIQUEIDTYPE>CUSIP</SECID>
    <SECNAME>VISA INC CLASS A SHARES<TICKER>V<UNITPRICE>278.620<DTASOF>19900101060000.000[-6:CST]</SECINFO></STOCKINFO>

Those MFINFO or STOCKINFO sections associate the CUSIP to a security name as used by the financial institution. But that does not explain or address your problem. I pretty sure your FI is also including that type of info in your download.

If you go to TOOLS / ONLINE CENTER, Select the right FI, Select the HOLDINGS tab, and click Compare to Portfolio, do you get a Securities Comparison Mismatch for ATMOS?

Under Edit / Preferences / Downloaded Transactions - there is an option to "Compare account holdings after download" that can be set checked or unchecked for each account. How is that set for this account?
