Fidelity Rewards VISA is downloading a negative value for the balance, preventing reconciliation
I have had my Fidelity Rewards VISA connected and successfully updating in Quicken Classic for Windows since Sep 2023. Online reconciliation worked as it should until early Sep of this year. Now it is downloading the outstanding balance as a negative value, which is resulting in an ever-increasing negative discrepancy equal to all the transactions posted since the last statement closing date of 9/3. Stated another way, I have charged $1,103.41 since then, have them all marked as reconciled, and the difference is showing up as double that amount or $2,206.82. I have filed a support ticket with attached files but no response! Please help!

Just doing a Help / Report a problem is, unfortunately, not enough to get the ball rolling towards a resolution of the problem.
Please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this as an Online Banking issue. Support will have to investigate and, if necessary, escalate this problem to higher levels of support.
While you're waiting for the problem to be solved, I recommend you reconcile to a paper statement instead of the Online balance.
To switch reconcile modes go into Edit Account Details, Online Services tab and turn off / remove the checkmark at "Reconcile using online balance" (in the lower right of the panel), click OK to save.1 -
