Simple Investment Tracking Doubles Fidelity Cash Value

This has not been resolved by Quicken. I have Fidelity Benefits 401/403 accounts that I use Quicken Simple Investment Tracking for. Where syncing my Simple Investment tracking of 401/403 accounts the cash value is double in each account. I then update the cash value to zero. Then the cash value is correctly reflected to the same as the online account. The investment is fully invested by the company from day one. So why is it doubling the cash value? I changed to simple tracking with Fidelity because the full investment tracking kept downloading unidentified transactions which caused balance issues. Has anyone come up with a fix yet?

No known way to fix this other than switching to Complete mode.
