Missing transactions when Importing from QIF file.

I am trying to transfer a large number of transactions from one Quicken file to another using the QIF format. As is known, this process can be prone to glitches. I've come across something strange even for Quicken.

Since the QIF format doesn't handle transactions with the category that transfers to another account in the source file I changed the category of all the transfer transactions such that [[Bank of America]] becomes ToBankofAmerica, etc. I then exported the account to a QIF file.

When I imported this QIF file into the target file the transactions I changed were not imported. All other transactions were imported as expected.

Edit.. I figured out how to do this. In the QIF Import dialog, I turned off Special Handling for transfers and turned on Category list 😚

You can't delete posts … only Mods can do such. Besides, if others encounter the issue, this might help them.
