Trying to set up One Step downloads for my chase credit cards. When I log into Chase on Chrome, Chase indicates that Quicken is a paired app. However, when I try to set up and sign in via Quicken, Quicken directs me to Edge where my log in information isn't recognized. Chase has confirmed problems with edge. How do I get around this problem.

Which of your browsers is defined as the "Windows Default Browser"? Change that setting to Chrome and see if that works better.
