Super suggestions. I'd like to add these, but first a question or two.

We meant the 'Service Provider' type to be pretty general. Were you thinking that we should add them to this type list:

Or did you want them to be separate types at this level:

If so, employer feels a bit wrong as it could any one of these types but I do agree that it is a special kind of an institution.

Would love to hear from you with answers and any other thoughts. Thanks for your time.

You should be able to create Custom Institutions under Service Provider. Instead of Other, you should be able to type something in like you can when creating categories and subcategories in Simplifi.
