Daily Index Price Changes

I perform a One Step Update every day. One of the things I like to do is compare the previous day's Index Day Gain/Loss % to my investments' Day Gain/Loss %. Each day, the data for the Price Day Change and Price Day Change % for all the indexes (DJI, COMPX, IUX. INX) are blank. I have to go to "Update > Historical Prices" and download the index prices. If I perform another One Step Update during the day, the index prices for the previous day are gone again. It would be nice if the One Step Update didn't clear the previous day's index data so I have a daily record of how my investments performed compared to the market. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm on PC v. R58.14. It's always been an issue for as long as I can remember.
